Не ставится rpm:

Проблема возникает на Alt 8SP, Alt 9, ALT 10.

В RHEL проблема бьла исправлена в RHBA-2021:1606 - Bug Fix Advisory:

Прошу рассмотреть ошибку, и если этой баг, то исправить на всех версиях Alt Linux по аозможности

Воспроизводится так же и в сизифе.
