не уверен, что дело в loudmouth, но простая пересборка с libgnutls-new вместо libgnutls помогла решить следующую проблему:

telepathy-gabble не хотел соединяться с jabber сервером в 100% случаях,
линковка с libgnutls.so.26 решала проблему
сей факт был проверен на двух дистрибутивах

забыл добавить, что во всех случаях back trace указывал на gnutls

имя libgnutls-new мне крайне не нравится. буду ждать нормальную новую версию libgnutls.

пересобрал с gnutls26-2.6.2
