system-auth: : not writable.
system-auth: : not writable.

Так происходит, потому что отсутствует /etc/nss_ldap.conf, хотя system-auth пытается в него писать.

Предлагаю поставить зависимость на nss_ldap

Кстати, pam_ldap в системе тоже отсутствовал, надо зависимость.
