С некоторых пор весь лог забит вот такой кашей, systemd не используется:

для SysV systemd-services не нужны. Или доустановите systemd-shim.

А кто сказал, что у меня нет systemd в системе ? я написал что он не используется.

так я и не писал, что у вас нет. я писал что если не используется - удалите. зачем создавать себе проблемы на ровном месте и потом их описывать.

Конфликт надо добавить в systemd-shim
