Это должно выглядеть примерно так: кнопка "Привязать GitHub аакаунт" которая идёт на github.com за oauth2 авторизацией. На гитхабе пользователь должен разрешить авторизацию и тогда мы получаем ключ от него что мы авторизированны. Тоже самое для linkedin, facebook и twitter.

Привязываться с авторизацией тут нужно для того что бы ссылки на профили в этих сетях были настоящие.

Авторизацию на https://beta.packages.altlinux.org убрали вообще как ненужную (пока).
