В последнее время (около года, может чуть больше) наблюдаются периодические проблемы с доступом к ftp.altlinux.ru по ftp. По http, при этом, всегда работает. В конфиге apt, по умолчанию, тоже http сейчас. Можнт, стоит поменять в ссылках ?
