Если в нем подключение через Remmina - то нет и не будет, если через FreeRDP - надо подумать как лучше реализовать (в открытом виде же не оставишь храниться, а хэш вроде FreeRDP не принимает).

Для Qt есть qtkeychain(и kwallet умеет и gnome keyring), а что для Py/GTK -- не видал.
