Вопрос не во мне. Проблема решается путем подсовывания отдельно скаченного файла при запуске hp-setup -i. Должны ли так делать все пользователи, это определяете вы, как авторы дистрибутива.

Какая именно проблема, какой файл и куда его нужно подкладывать? > В СТАРТЕРКИТЕ ИМЕЕМ СЛЕДУЮЩЕЕ В ALT Workstation K 10.3 никаких проблем при запуске `hp-setup -i` не наблюдаю, команда отрабатывает должным образом. Если у вас не работает что-то через epm, то это проблема epm.
